I've never done it with pork loin, but with pork tenderloin, I've slit it lengthwise, stuffed with chorizo and cheese, wrapped with bacon, and thrown in the smoker at 300 for around an hour or until done.  

I call it pig-stuffed pig-wrapped pig.

yup, I slice into chops.

some thinner for sammiches if you like

you can simply throw the whole thing on a Big Green Egg or smoker and then see how much you can eat.

Can always cook it most of the way and then portion for freezing and final cooking (sear, whatever).

Sous vide is probably not big enough for this thing. I know mine wouldn't be.

BTW is that a microwave and an oven, or is that a double oven? I've seen some of those where you can see the smaller upper chamber but I've never had the chance to ask someone... I know double ovens is on the wife's wish list for our forever house... Heck it's on my wish list too lol!

The mic is also an oven. So, it can be a double oven, or not. It's a nice unit. I did all Samsung this time.
