Had to make a Costco run this morning. Place was PACKED.

And my streak of picking the slowest cashier line is still going strong!
Costco's in SFL are always like that. Love the products and deals in Costco but it's too packed for me. I'm way too impatient to deal with those lines and the swarm of people.

We usually go on "off days", which are Mon-Wed, and don't wait at the pumps long nor in check out lines for long, maybe 3 minutes, it can seem long.  The problem is I see some gorgeous 80" TV for $1300 and want it.

The good news is I own some COST stock which has been very good for me.

With WFH, I usually try to get there on a weekday morning when I don't have meetings. It was far more busy this morning than I'm used to.

I don't want to go near the place on the weekends.

Stores here are starting to limit numbers on things, to stave off the hoarders that will be down soon, from up North.

The closest one to me is in West Palm which is 35 minute drive. For that reason I probably only go once every couple months which is different from my old house in Michigan which was 2 miles away and I spent a fortune in there every two weeks. You’re absolutely right though the one in West Palm is so crowded it’s absolutely ridiculous

in other news............ the weather here in NW Iowa is unseasonably awesome

I'm leaving the office to play 18 holes in shorts

can't remember doing that on November 19th

Cooler is packed with Bud Heavy

FORE!!!
I believe last year it was News Years Eve day or possibly the day before, me and my 3 friends that make up our foursome, played 18 holes in shorts in Northern Ohio, just 1 mile from Lake Erie. That was awesome!

I've got about 5 Costcos within about a 10 mile radius.

That's the only course that close to the lake I can think of - maybe Sweetbriar in Avon Lake was the other one

I played that a couple of years ago. Nice course.

Do you live in the Cleveland Metro area?
