TCU putting up a fight....maybe because they're fiesty, maybe because of OU's defense.

Kudos to Baylor's defense today!
You must not have watched the game.
TCU only had 196 yards of total offense.  OU had 504.  But OU had 3 turnovers, one of them being a pick-six, another being a fumble at the (IIRC) TCU 7-yard line.  TCU had 1--a pick with less than 2 minutes left.

I wondered the same thing.

You could make a helluva Heisman finalist-invited-to-NY list without any QBs this year:
WR Ceedee Lamb, OU
DE Chase Young, Ohio St
RB Jonathan Taylor, Wisconsin
DT Derrick Brown, Auburn

This made me think about a question:  what year in the future will be the first zero-QB Heisman finalists year?  2037?  Never?  There may have been some in the past, but I'm talking about going forward.

Yeah, was just commenting on the bit I saw at the time, not the whole game.

2 - How is Maryland this bad?  I'm not being mean, they should/could be way better, right?
I could go on and on, but really, until we lose the ghost of McNair, we'll be bad.

The OL is not as good as I hoped. Cincy actually was right about this preseason. We lost 2 guys to the NFL and another 1 or 2 to graduation.

Seeing freshmen on the OL gave me hope they were good enough, but they aren't ready. Our best OLman is injured.

No WR's with any shake. Poor route runners. Can't get open. QB holds the ball too long. Gets killed.

I wasn't going to jump on the bandwagon unless the beat Temple, and they didn't, so I was at least hoping to get a bowl.

Plus, not sure how good Locks can be. His record is putrid, but he's been around a while, picked up some more pieces, but his staff is not what he wanted.

I'm not going to be optimistic for at least 2-3 more years.

These kids are soft.

Like what OSU West is doing. And good for WSU for clawing out a bowl spot. Had to be an emotional night up in Pullman.

A. Never
B. I am unconvinced Taylor deserves it. The hype is helping him.

Interesting Saturday, as always, the Oregon upset being seminal of course.  I'd move Ohio State ahead of LSU if it matters.

LSU needs to find some defense if they expect to win the NC I think.  UGA needs to find some offense from somewhere.  I don't think they will.

More & More we're seeing this crap after every single play start tossing guys if they don't want to abide - it's assinine. There has been guys getting injured after TD celebrations the bar keeps getting lowered and the Conferences have to start calling it

tOSU left 7 pts at the goal line and 2 fumbles 45 seconds apart lead to 10 PSU pts.Gotta fix those lead to opponents pts and took some off the board for yourself
