Not sure about South Carolina.  And the largest in TN is in Knoxville, no?  Hawaii?
Hawaii, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont all have college teams and no pro teams, so should be gold.

If GA gains 9 M and NY loses 7 M, they will almost reverse in population.  GA would be at 20 and NY at 13.

I wonder if that -1M in Louisiana is all the Boudreauxs and Thibodeauxs who will fall into the Gulf with coastal erosion.
