THIS DAY IN HISTORY: 
Body of Lindbergh Baby Found (1932)
In one of America's most notorious crimes, the infant son of famed aviator Charles Lindbergh was kidnapped and murdered in 1932. The massive search effort included unprecedented federal involvement, and Lindbergh even met with organized crime figures in an attempt to determine the whereabouts of his son. Ten weeks after the boy disappeared, his corpse was found just miles from the Lindbergh home.

May 12, 2015 - For the first time, the Nebraska legislature voted to advance a medical marijuana bill in May, 2015.

The bill gained support after an amendment to prohibit smoking cannabis was adopted. Proponents of the bill argued it was a way to help patients with cancer, epilepsy and other chronic illnesses.

Concerns were raised from opponents about regulating the drug. The bill was later tabled.

First, let me say I am for the complete legalization.  But as a person with glaucoma, I find it funny that they use it as a justification for legalization when it just doesn't do much to bring the pressure in the eyes down.
