Alonzo Moore wants another chance to catch one too. 

I think we really need to get more out of Damian Daniels next week. We brought him out of the bullpen against Sparty, but the difference in how the LOS bends- or doesn't- when he's playing is fairly dramatic. He might be challenged to wardaddy-up and play 40 minutes instead of 20 for the last outing of 2018. 

Finding another legit NT should be priority No. 1 for defensive recruiting IMO. 

I had similar thoughts on playing NT in the BIG...maybe the toughest league to do so. Wisco makes it work, and Michigan has dabbled in 30 fronts, but they may not be 2 gapping. 

Fair will be a welcome addition, if he qualifies. Still, it often takes a year for JC's to figure it out...and we need to be signing a prepster or two for the future. Takes some time to build a quality Nose. Thought I heard Vainuku had moved to OG. 

I just don't believe the Davises can fill the role. Watching Carlos get stood up and pancaked mano-a-mano by the Sparty C early was the last straw for me. Look like Tarzan, play like Jane.

Kentucky's schedule is something line No. 15 and includes Florida and Miss State teams that should finish a solid enough 9-4 and a somewhat strong 8-4. That's not bad by any stretch for a lower echelon top 25 team.

Syracuse, ehhh. If they get to 9-3, they'll have wins over one 9-3 team (barring upsets) a 7-5 and some drek, though most of that is conference stuff. They'll have two losses that you can basically excuse and a division champion, granted they're all ACC teams, so in most cases we'll brush aside the idea of quality. 
(The more complex issue is that once you dig in, few resumes look that good, unless you're weighing multiple quality losses, which most folks don't. Especially if you try to go second order on it. If you dismiss the loss things, which I get to a degree, you'll mix in some four-loss top-15 teams, which I can live with but irks a lot of folks)

Kentucky has a decent mid-range team, I think.  They had a close road loss to A&M, another decent mid-range team (I'm using the term fairly liberally) and beat Florida on the road and Miss State.

They had a bad loss to Tennessee no doubt and got overrun by Georgia at home.  I predicted the Tenn loss because I think they threw all their emotions at UGA and had nothing in the tank.

They beat everyone they were supposed to beat and likely will finish 9-3, which is generally good enough for a second ten ranking, especially this season.
