Chef Kevin Gillespie’s restaurant Gunshow offers a bold, interactive take on the traditional dining experience. Dishes are presented to guests, at their tables, by the chef that prepared the dish. Yup, haven't been, called to make a reservation and they wanted my credit card for a no show - $75.

I hear it's good.  Whatever.  Probably will try it soon enough.  I'm overwhelmed with new places to try.
