Michigan is a national disgrace and a shit hole of a state and Jim Harbaugh is a clown and that football program is a joke and is dead and will never come back. Never stepping foot in that shit hole of a State again and I will never support that team ever again. I’m giving up on the entire state like I gave up on the Lions when they broke Barry’s soul and forced him to retire early. F##k that entire place.

Went for a walk this AM. It’s crisp, started out southern cold. Cloudless kinda day. 

I usually don’t break out the scarf, but it worked today. Was just comfortable for some reason.

We went to our French restaurant last night and shared Champagne with the staff.  They were fairly busy, even some sat on the patio, the bought heaters.

The tile guys are still working on the first deck, the said they be finished today but I think not (with both decks).  Weather is near perfect, 15°C.

I stayed up pretty late for some reason, and apparently sipped a bit too much Woodford whilst watching TV, so my head is not currently in great shape, but it's OK.

The tile guys are buzzing the tile with an annoying tool.  This was dinner.  I had the saumon.

Going for my 1/2 hour free "swing evaluation" at the local golf pro/clubfitter shop today at lunchtime. It'll be interesting to experience a Trackman for the first time.

Hopefully I can get some tips for what I need to be working on at the range.

Salmon looks good!


I too stayed up pretty late last night, and I was well into some Lagavulin I had put back just for the occasion.  About midnight I decided I was hungry, and I made myself a snack of a Kentucky Derby-style "hot brown."  It was delicious... I think.

The salmon comes with artichoke hearts and purple olives and the tomato based sauce, it's an interesting combination.

The good thing about being on the West Coast was that it was apparent much earlier than you guys back east that the compelling finish we were all looking for on the TV programming wasn't happening, so I got to sleep at a pretty reasonable time. 

I was many IPAs in, but didn't hit the brown liquor.
