That is not ours, it's some condos being built near us.  We went into the sales center and oogled.

They have Wolf stoves and SubZero fridges, all the "popular" items, and the cheapest 2 bedroom is $865,000, they told us.

Ours is considerably more prosaic.  We do have a Bosch induction stove, which I love.  Our building is 32 years old now, so the "features" are not like the new places.

Biden has zero enthusiasm behind him. Nobody likes the guy. Maybe only his family. He is not loved. He does not have a movement behind him. Bernie Sanders- now he did. And what happened? The DNC and Democratic establishment lined up to squash him- again. And the dumbass got on his knees and bent over and took it like the good cuck he is.

The only votes he’s going to get are diehard dems and the people who don’t like Trump. No one is voting for him. He hasn’t given anyone a reason to vote for him. The people that are voting for him are just voting against Trump. This typically doesn’t win you an election.

Sub-Zero/Wolf definitely very expensive. Not sure on the cabinets, hard to tell. Hard to see a developer putting in top of the line cabinets. And those sub/wolf gotta be upgrades that they jack you for. Have a hard time believing those are standard.

I suspect they are medium to high end cabinets with the features one can notice, like soft close etc.  Those "upgrades" are standard in that complex, which is why the condos are so pricey.  There is another one that never got started except the sale center which I read cost $3.2 MILLION, No, 2 Opus.  They dug the hole, and quit about a year ago.

I guess we'll see. North Carolina nearly matched it's total 2016 vote totals just through early voting. It doesn't appear to me that people aren't enthusiastic about voting, and nothing has suggested Trump is riding some huge wave, so...

The developers somehow got the idea that near million dollar condos would sell around here, this is the living space for that Opus place, that doesn't exist and never will I suspect.  Their hole in the ground is UGLY.

Atlanta is great, absolutely love it- but doesn’t strike me as the type of place where multi-million dollar condos fly off the shelves like they do in say Manhattan or Miami. Pre-Covid that is.

They don't.  The heart of the market around here is more half a million or so.  I can see a building where that is the normal two bdr unit and perhaps the top floor is over a million, but starting nearly a million and going up is not in my view a commercial proposition.  There are some penthouse condos un Buckhead over $10 mil.
