THIS WEEK IN HUSKER HISTORY
The week of Aug. 14-20, looking back in five-year intervals

1906: Chancellor E. Benjamin Andrews vows a “closer watch” on football players, saying some members of last year’s team had “ceased studying” and spent their evenings “playing poker and drinking.”
As Captain Louis Renault said in Casablanca, "I'm shocked! Shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!"

Nebraska and Michigan are now the lone Big Ten holdouts on alcohol sales in their football stadiums on game days.

Michigan too with the extra coaches?

As much as I would like to trash on Michigan, I am fairly confident that this is a regular thing for almost all the major school who have large "analyst" staffs

The "analyst" positions are laughable.

We all know they're coaches (or bagmen) so count them as such.  If there's a rule calling a limit for the number of coaches, enforce it.  If there's not, then don't.

Just more silliness.
