If human activity sped up a change in climate, we should also be able to reverse it. 
That's aspirational, not tangible or practicable.  There is no "plan" to "reverse it" because it's not remotely possible with any current technology.  And some countries pay lip service to the effort of course.  "We" are NOT going to meet any of these lofty "goals" (except in a few small countries), it's a hard and uncomfortable reality "we" should be facing.

And we're going to hear continuing laments about how "we" are not meeting the goals, because "we" can't.  It's not technically possible with any level of spending that is credible.

Find ANY realistic PLAN on line (not some goal, a real plan) that would do much of anything.
