The west must've had some mighty fast mules.
Arizona has the fewest counties of any non-tiny state, with 15.
Georgia's 159 is 2nd to Texas. My mom said she had to memorize them in school. That seems super useful.

Wyoming has only 23 while Nebraska has 93. Seems about right.
NM and AZ are 5th and 6th in size and AZ has way more people, but NM has double the number of counties.
Rhode Island has 5 to Delaware's 3. Must have had interesting mules in RI.
