It was cold and windy (43 degrees) but had a nice 4 mile walk along the beach this morning.

Got a bit chilly down this way on Sunday, probably ruined the perspective pool days of a few ladies in my building (was good for me getting in a run). But it is sunny and we are rebounding nicely today.
