Many (fuzzy) memories of drinking Bud Fat pitchers at the crappy dive bar The Aggie Lounge, referred to as "The Lou" in Aggieville, Manhappiness, Kansas.  This one was on a juke box we actually had to put coins in, but somebody bought it around closing time--which was midnight, since it was a beer-only joint.  Belted it out with booze-induced gusto.

Thanks, everyone. It's one of those ones that's not surprising, given all her health problems, but also unexpected because it's not like it was some consistent downhill slide. If a cat has 9 lives, I think given all her issues she was on her twelfth...

My older sister is heading to CO to be with my dad right now as she has a lot more schedule flexibility than the rest of us, and then we'll be out there whenever this all gets arranged.

How are you doing now?

Saw a humorous tweet about his death:

"Ted Turner's funeral will start at 7:05 PM."

Braves manager Bobby Cox died.
All-time leader in getting thrown out of games.  Won division titles like it was a habit.
