Yes, and something notable about that particular game, not necessarily the ball carrier (though it is a clue) as are the other knowable facts from the photo.

Nice touch getting the local news feed screenshot.   I remember watching this game at the Lantern in Lake Forest.  I have to admit, most of the Big Ten fans watching were snickering at this.
