and regarding kickoff times... doesn't matter much if just watching on TV

It's the actually attending the game that is bothersome with early time-frames

and recruiting

I don't eat ketchup or mix it with anything - too sweet

mostly just tomato sugar
I like the contrast of the sweet ketchup with the savory salty fried goodness of the fries.  But I probably only ever eat french fries maybe once every 6 weeks these days.

Of course in 2 weeks when I'm at the State Fair, I will almost certainly OD on fried food.

for something red on fries, which isn't often, sriracha is my choice

it has some sweet with some heat

It betrays a combination of some of the pretentious cuisine’s I came up around and the place I lived past 5+ years, but man mustard is both wonderful and better than ketchup

I eat mustard (and not ketchup or mayo) on pretty much all sandwichy type foods.  Hamburgers, hot dogs, actual sandwiches... all get mustard.

I have a funny memory of eating at a sandwich bar at a work conference and seeing a friend who missed that it was whole seed mustard.

He walks over, sits down, starts chatting and takes a power bite. The look on his face was something.

Same here.

If fries are prepared and seasoned properly, they don't need any dipping sauce anyway.

I don't see the point of mayo. It's not unpleasant to consume, but it certainly isn't "good."

Seems like a really easy way to cut a bunch of calories, without really missing much.

I like mayo + mustard on my sandwiches.
Mustard only on hotdogs (with diced onion).
For fries, yeah, good ones don't need anything.  Same with meat.

I mean. A good strong mustard will clear the sinuses right quick.
