Low, probably. 

It’s generally a good guess that Whenever someone says they’re going to sue someone, they likely won’t. And if they do, the chances that they “win” are pretty low, though they might leverage a settlement, sometimes for real money, sometimes for good PR.

As a 31 year reader of the wsj, the news page is not a conservative paper the past dozen years.  They even had a big feud internally, the news side vs the editorial side (which still remains quite conservative but certainly still not MAGA).

The news side has had several tantrums with the editorial side of the building over their criticisms. Ed page called them out a few years ago. 

Trump will sue, his track record says he will.
