I don't view any of the as anything remotely equivalent to war, or acts thereof.  It's protests which devolve into riots which then turn into looting.

It goes on for a bit and then stops, every time.

The Mexican President can say whatever she wants.  To me, it's DOING that I pay attention to, not words.  "We" should ignore her in my view.  There is nothing actionable anyway.  We're not going to invade Mexico because of something their President SAID.

This isn't anything like a war, in my view, not remotely close.  It's protest/looting/rioting, it will eventually end.  I think it's ending now in LA.  

Over reaction is not useful, I think.

She explicitly condemned violence and called for peaceful protests.
