Lulz. hate to break it to you my guy...but if you're accused of being in a gang....you're probably in a gang. that's not a life something everyday regular working folk illegal joe gets caught up in. when law enforcement is saying so and so is in a gang...it's for good fucking reason.

9/11 changed the game. Because of things like the AUMF, Patriot Act, Obama's NDAA 2011- US government (executive) can basically do whatever the fuck it wants now. They've been doing so to US citizens and journalists for almost two decades now and trampling all over the constitution claiming it is necessary for national security. Illegal criminal aliens have zero shot. 

All an executive has to do is declare a foreign gang an FTO and it's members enemy combatants and he's basically allowed to do whatever the fuck he wants to them- detain them indefinitely without charge- or even assassinate them. Which- for the record- I am 100% on board with. Send the reaper drones and special operators all over Mexico and South America and bath in the blood of the cartels and gangs. Kill them all. Seriously. Wipe them off the face of the earth. They aren't true believers like the Jihadi's in the Middle East- they are just whores for money- they believe in nothing. They will be much easier to eradicate and defeat.

This is why we need due process. If ICE could round up and ship these people out of country quickly they could have arrested and detained them in the U.S. until an immigration court hearing.

nah. we don't need due process for illegal aliens with gang ties. in fact we don't need due process for illegal aliens at all. if they are here illegally and get caught- ship them out effective immediately.

if they want to seek asylum they can seek asylum in their country of origin at a US embassy or at a US embassy in Mexico once they are fully vetted and approved then they can come into the country AFTER asylum has been granted. this horseshit where they can stay in the country illegally and await their asylum hearings needs to end. period. and the fact of the matter which you are conveniently glossing over is 90+% of asylum cases in the US today are absolute complete fraudulent bullshit. asylum cases used to be pretty rare- since the mid 2000s they have like 2,000%+ increase and vast majority are all coming from Central and South America.
