Perfect place for a tree stand thanx Mario, short drag to the back yard and come in and freshen up after the field dressing 😎
As long as you're good with a bow, as I'm still technically in city limits. I've seen some beasts this year. I got a picture of this guy about 6 weeks ago. And sorry for the massive pictures, but it's a good distraction from the political discussion :93:

Kim Foxx committed a crime in the first place. Who wins when a DA does that? Certainly not the taxpayers who funded this whole shit show.

Faking a hate crime is NOT a constitutional right last I looked.

FTR I couldn't care less about Jussie Smollet. He's garbage and not worth it - and I completely forgot about his sorry ass until today.

It's the process and crime that bother me.

Crook County and the State at their "finest"...
Government gets one crack at you. It did what it did. Gotta let someone go after that.

Anger at Foxx seems fine and dandy. Probably not a crime because of the wide latitude of prosecutorial immunity. And that’s not something I imagine we’ll revisit anytime soon.

Go to Hawaii.. Actually, I'd go to Kauai.. It's absolutely incredible and worth every dollar and minute. Only place that's rivaled it for me is Andaman Sea on the west coast of Thailand. But i would say there's far more to do in Hawaii that's life altering experiences
There are probably some life altering experiences in Thailand too :57:

(Thailand--Bangkok specifically, is a place I never have any desire to go back to. But when I was there for work, with our factory ~1 hr north of Bangkok, we went out for lunch at this little place on a patio right on the river, and wow that was cool... So outside of that lunch I didn't get to see the 'civilized' side of Thailand--only the whore-infested city of Bangkok.)

Lol.. your post is funny in a lot of ways. I grew up thinking I'd want to be a big city guy and had every plan to move to NYC and work on wall street. Two years living in a similar setting in Singapore, but on the equator and I learned that I truly didn't love big city life and near so many accommodations and I'm more of a country boy, even though I grew up in a city suburb of Cleveland. Nowadays, i venture into the city for sporting events and private events and quickly get back to my almost rural suburb. Candidly, when i wake up to mornings like today and see deer, fox and tons of wildlife, it sure does feel like a slice of heaven looking out my back yard.
I'm conflicted. I like enough room in a house to breathe. Heck, I like a yard--which is kind of a deal breaker as someone with a dog.

But at the same time I feel like I want to be @Cincydawg when I grow up. Live someplace vibrant and walkable.

But then I realize that I barely leave my house now. Because I don't really like people. And the outside world is kinda people-y a lot of times.

I suppose I'll figure out my place in the world sometime. Or I'll just do what my wife wants. That's a lot easier :57:

If you name your city Bangkok, then you are kind of asking to be whore infested, aren'cha?

I'm not OK with this, at all. Her incompetence, lying, and ignorance cost me money. The fix was in. It's Chicago.

I love Burnt Store Marina, even though it's 65 right now.

That's what I'd be doing.  I hunt in my backyard.

It just struck me that I know a whole lot of people from Michigan that live in Texas, but hardly ever meet anybody from Ohio that lives in Texas.

Things that make you go hmmmm...l

That picture has to be older, right?

6 weeks ago you were that green, with foliage, and now looks dead of winter with snow?

And, that deer still appears to be in velvet.  He's a beauty.
