This is not normal for here. The record low for this date is 37, set in 1984. Average is 77/56.

The front half of that looks about average for Austin this time of year.  Yes, it's too cold for me.  Someday I'll be moving to a tropical island in the Caribbean or something.

I don’t know badge. I have been down here from Michigan since the beginning of 2016 and everyone keeps telling me that my blood will thin out and the cold weather will really get to me like it does get to them. But it has not happened yet. This cool air actually is a great relief for me from the 6 to 8 months of 90+ degrees and 95% humidity!
It takes a while. 20 years in Southern California and I'm nowhere near as tolerant of cold as I was then... But still much more tolerant of cold than the natives here.

High of 48 tomorrow here in MSP with brilliant sunshine. It's kind of crazy to think that it will be December 9 and I'll be taking my road bike out without being muffled to the eyebrows.

All the golf courses here that are still open have been stacked solid. Definitely helps their bottom lines for the year.

There are places around here that will run a special on smoked prime rib from time to time.  I didn't know it was an Oklahoma thing.

It's not my favorite cut, even smoked, so I don't ever really order it and I've never done it myself.

I mean, an intentional one?
