Pretty sure at least one variation of my chili recipe is in there somewhere.  Though it's been so long, it's probably not the one I currently use.

I like to have some pork or pork fat in my chili.  Somehow the heat from the chile powder attaches to the pork fat and gets to the correct places on the tongue better.

My own belief is that a cookbook doesn't lend itself well to an ereader. 

If you want to do it right, it should be a full-color glossy professional-looking deal. 

Which is why I kinda thought that the "angle" that we could use is target the cookbook at new college grads who happen to be football fans, which makes it a PERFECT gift item.
