There is no pan, no drain, solid concrete floors.
It's fed by pretty heavy braided flexible pipes, and the connections are so tight and rusted the tech couldn't get them off and left them for fear removal might crack the feeder pipes.
So, I could only get the hoses off at the unit, which doesn't work for this process. I won't be doing it. I might text him about it.
It's a neat set up really, the older condos here have units on the roof that heat exchange with air which isn't efficient.
There are newer towers near us that have some rather massive evaporators on the ground.
