Tastes like polenta because they're the same thing.  Both taste like ground corn.  You might or might not like the flavor of ground corn, or you might not find it to be a strong flavor, but there you have it.  That's what ground corn tastes like.
I do my polenta in cubes and then deep fry. Much nicer texture that way.

Heck, I eat snails.  The only major food I dislike is liver, just really dislike it.

Any liver.

Incl. foie gras?

The markets have traditionally performed better when there is a D president/administration. I expect this run to continue well into 2021. Of course, there will be choppiness. That's a sign of where we are with the virus.

There is some in France I've had that is "OK", but it's not my favorite.

The wife loves the stuff.

The stock market is telling us something, I think, though it can be wrong of course.  This is about the vaccine.

Love foie gras.

There's a local French place that does it every bit as well as what I've had in France.

for Nubbz in other news.........

Purdue Pharma pleaded guilty Tuesday to three criminal charges, formally admitting its role in an opioid epidemic that has contributed to hundreds of thousands of deaths over the past two decades.

In a virtual hearing with a federal judge in Newark, New Jersey, the OxyContin maker admitted impeding the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s efforts to combat the addiction crisis. Purdue acknowledged that it had not maintained an effective program to prevent prescription drugs from being diverted to the black market, even though it had told the DEA it did have such a program, and that it provided misleading information to the agency as a way to boost company manufacturing quotas.

Pisses me off, because everyone would assume that Purdue University is somehow affiliated with this mess, whereas this company has no relationship with the university at all.
