Guys, seriously, federal judges--including district court judges--have made these kinds of rulings forever. It's what the judiciary does, and always has done (well, since Marbury vs. Madison told President Thomas Jefferson he couldn't refuse to deliver commissions approved at the end of the Adams administration).
We have an appellate court system that goes all the way to the Supreme Court, a court that is as friendly to the sitting president as maybe ever. Maybe rely on that for a second.
Don't get your panties in a knot.
People who get frustrated with the judicial process say the road to hell is paved in due process, but for the people whose rights have been abused, due process is crucial. It's also enshrined in the Constitution, so unless you want to throw that out, cool your jets.
Has the judiciary become more politicized in the last 40 years? Yes. Can you blame the Robert Bork hearings way back in, what, 1986? Probably. Has the Federalist Society become much more effective than any organization on the left at advocating for and getting politicized judges installed on the bench? Yes. Is this all part of our democratic process? That, too. So unless you were horrified that Judge Cannon single-handedly derailed a high profile federal prosecution based on highly suspect rulings, call the wahhh-mbulance, you snowflakes.
