Full marks for that! I just might give the Hat Creek around the corner from my office another shot because of that!
I like Hat Creek.  The only ones I've ever been to are that one on Burnet Road featured in that video, and the food trailer they have inside Disch-Falk field.  But every time I've had it, it's been hot and fresh and tasty.

Just thought I'd note that the Horns won the SEC championships in both womens' and mens' swimming and diving last week.

Horns win the national championship for men's swimming and diving, women's basketball advanced to the Final 4, men sweep the baseball series against rival Oklahoma, and women win the softball series against rival Texas A&M.  Twas a good weekend in Austin.

I Spent the week watching all the Baseball, Softball and Basketball games.  It was a tough job but somebody has to do it. A great week for the Horns

I highly doubt it.  He's never shown much (any?) interest in UT athletics.  He prefers to build medical schools and childrens' hospitals and other useless stuff like that.

One of the most amazing transformations I saw while I was there was the giant abandoned field that was the old Austin airport off of 51st St. get turned into Dell's little mini-city with the children's hospital, apartments, restaurants and clothing outlets, etc.  A whole little Dell compound, where there had been nothing but grass and mud.

Sure did gentrify the surrounding neighborhoods.  They weren't great prior to that.

Yup it was about medical centers, AI, and advanced computing.  Michael Dell's total contributions to UT are now over $1 billion.  As far as I know, very-little-to-none of it has ever been donated to the athletics department.

Quite a pile of donations for an outfit he dropped out of.
