Week 5 scores 

  • Maryland absolutely horsewhipped Johns Hopkins 22-7. 
  • Rutgers edged Penn State 15-14. 
  • Ohio State beat Michigan 14-12. 


Final Standings 

  • 5-0 #1 Maryland (12-0 overall) 
  • 4-1 #4 Rutgers (12-2) 
  • 3-2 #11 Ohio State (9-4) 
  • 2-3 J Hopkins (6-8)

There is probably a hockey thread somewhere but I thought I would just throw this here.  

Illinois has ended its look into adding D1 hockey after announcing it some 5 years ago that they would be exploring it.

COVID no doubt hurt it badly.  Having a terrible football team that didn't fill the stands hurts.  They don't apparently have a big sexy donor.

I'm glad that you asked. 

The Big East CCGs are going on this weekend as well. Georgetown will be well represented with both genders, they are playing Villanova on the men's side, and Denver for the chicks.
