That's the only way I'll do BBQ beef ribs anymore.  It's pricey but worth it.
MMMMM, beef ribs!!!

Yes, that is a chicken-fried BBQ beef rib.  It's pretty darn tasty.

Your campaign to keep people from moving there is not helped by this picture :57:

Good point.

I meant to go on to say that the chicken-fried BBQ beef rib was invented in Southern California, they do it better than anyone, and everyone should move there ASAP to partake in its deliciousness.

Thirsty Planet is a local brewery but that's not where you get the chicken fried BBQ beef rib.

only 2 locations?

nothing in Dallas/Forth Worth? dern

the Cedar Park location would have been close to where my brother lived, but probably wasn't there the last time I visited him in Round Rock

Yeah it's an Austin-only kinda thing. The one in Cedar Park opened about a year and a half ago.  It's maybe 5 minutes from my house.

I'll say when I first saw the URL, my brain read it as "Stiless Witch BBQ"...

Which admittedly would be a cooler name.

I'll admit I'm not a big fan of witches.

Except for those girls in Charmed.  They were okay by me.

A few years back at my old gym, it was quite often I'd be on the treadmill or elliptical while watching Charmed with no sound.

Ya know, it helps keep the heart rate up.

All I can say is... Don't put your wife's Le Creuset on the smoker. Buy a Lodge for that :57:

I wouldn't do it to my Lodge, either.  This is why God created foil pans.
