Also nice for crab cakes / salmon cakes. Really good to be able to do them all at once when we have the kids, and since it's outside it doesn't make the house smell like fried fish.

I bought the char-griller version, which was actually nicer at the time with an attached lid. Smashburgers have become my favorite way to make hamburgers.

It's quite useful--3 times the surface of my 15" cast iron skillet, and you don't smoke up the house searing stuff.
