I'd Army crawl across broken glass from here to PA for some delicious Amish grub. These Mormons obtained their culinary skills from clown college.

The Googlez tells me it closed in December of 2021 after operating for more than 50 years.  I can only comment further on this in the grumpy thread.

I was able to create 1952 GA Tech for WN.  Without AI.  Just traditional old-school research did the trick.

They went 12-0 and were probably another 'victim' of southern schools getting shafted due to their backwards thinking on race.

I slept in my own bed for first time since April 29.  Woke pretty early, around 5 am.  Feel ok.   Six hour TZ diff.

I booked flights with two stops to save some money, found JFK to be a pretty bad airport for changing planes.

Flying premium is maybe worth it for long flights, but they really jack up the price, I got these tix pretty cheap somehow.

Vienna was worth two weeks, also visited Budapest and Bratislava and Salzburg.  The lingering effects of communism still apparent.  Bratislava is a national capital right on the border.  Pretty neat downtown.

So, g,ad to be home for a few days …….

Gruel gets a bad rap. If it weren't for it's reputation as poor people food, people would eat way more gruel.

Just switched over the car insurance. Only went up $120/year. I thought it would be much worse going from a Chevy to a Benz.

Happy!

Austria basically skipped communism, Hungary didn't.  The GDPs per capita for each are $63,000 vs $26,000.  Our guide that day, who was a really neat guide, make a big point of it.    .
