This was accomplished on Saturday, so perhaps it's not what made me happy "today", but I'm still happy about it.
On Saturday, I hit the milestone of 2,000 total Peloton-tracked workouts! Over 800 strength workouts (a lot of core), over 600 rides, and nearly 400 stretches, along with some other things (walks, meditations, etc) thrown in. And that's been on track for 15K minutes/year since the start of 2023, or a little over 40 minutes per day.
I'm a little past 39 months of ownership, so that's averaging a little less than 2/day when you put it all together.
I'm not lazy. I actually enjoy being active. But this is the first exercise thing that's ever stuck for me long term.
