I've somewhat lost my taste for it compared to days gone by. I still enjoy it as a social event, but seasons come and go and I'd never think twice if my wife didn't bug me to take her out to eat some. There's several restaurants around here who do a good job with boiled crawfish, but their corn and potatoes are very disappointing, and I don't understand how/why that is.
If you want something done right, guess you gotta do it yourself, except that I lost my recipe a long time ago and I'd be winging it, anymore.
