Unless of course they pay a pornstar some money to be quiet about an affair and a state changes it’s statute of limitation laws and a city attorney shoehorns a single misdemeanor into 34 felonies using a completely novel legal theory trying to prosecute federal law in a state court.

It’s part of the hoax.  Remember, the DNC refused to allow the FBI to investigate the servers - the attribution to the Russians was by Crowdstrike who was hired by the DNC and the report they provided to the FBI was full of redactions.  Further, under congressional testimony people from Crowdstrike said they didn’t have any actual proof of Russians pulling files from the server.  It was all fabricated to help advance the false narrative that Russia helped Trump.

This article touches on a couple of critical points.  

The first is that the PDB that Obama nixed would’ve been read by Trump so they couldn’t have that. 

Second is that Michael Flynn would’ve also been read in on this.  This is the reason they took him out - to keep him from discovering the hoax.  And we now know Comey violated protocols in sending agents to interview him (agents coincidentally involved with Crossfire Hurricane).
