Get your ass to San Antonio or Austin or Phoenix or LA
They can come to Florida, where they are always less than 200 miles from the border, and where they WILL be apprehended.

Lastly- if it is crystal clear a person came in illegally or is here illegally- why do we have to allow on over abundance “due process” to delay their deportation? 
There often is not an "over abundance of due process" in such cases.  The glitch is in our asylum laws.

The 5th amendment states that all people are entitled to due process.  But in reality the court’s interpretation of this for illegals, runs the gamut and is the subject of great debate amongst legal scholars.

It has been demonstrated throughout our history.  Police make mistaken arrests and citizens get detained, hopefully only for a short period of time.
