Which is why the gave us the ability to amend the constitution.

Financial Times got a confirmation from the NSC spokesperson

An account of the messages — which expressed disdain for European allies and suggested asking them to pay for the operation — was published on Monday.

I guess "we" put a movie personality in with Reagan.  

At some point I suppose we'll have to put in a theater/stage-actor personality, so they don't feel left out.
