In politics, folks on one side tend to view folks who vote the other way as "dumb" or "ignorant" or "unqualified" or whatever pejorative term one attaches.  I'm pretty sure plenty of smart, capable, informed people voted D and R in the election.

It's easy of course to find plenty of exceptions to that.

My wife was mentioning just yesterday how November is almost gone, and December for us will be a full month, so it too will pass, then January is baseball, she wants to go to France in February, and then March is the cruise thing.

I was a Crook County taxpayer at the time the Soros-backed DA tried really hard to sweep the hoax hate crime case under the rug.

The legal system is fine when applied correctly. It's not fine when it gets abused - especially from within.

But sweeping a hoax hate crime under the rug effectively saves you money. Prosecuting it and jailing the guy was/is far more expensive.

I would disagree with that last part, because it is not capable of being perfect. And because of that, it will either side on a kind of harshness that causes all sorts of problems, or a kind of lenience that bothers a great many people. And it often will do both and no one will be happy. that’s the only way it works.
