Decades ago I'd watch Wall Street Week on PBS every Friday evening seeking some investment advice worth nothing. I chuckled every time someone would say "We're in a time of increasing market uncertainty" and then weasle words to that effect. One guyu was constantly bearish as I recall, two other guests were the reverse. Then I started reading "The Value Line" for advice and rankings, and that actually wasn't awful, I learned a bit, but in reality it wasn't providing any deep unique insights either. I didn't have enough money at the time to invest much at all fortuntaly, but I kind of learned not to listen to "experts". I figured the real experts, if any exist, aren't on TV.
