Florida winning for most charmed 2017?
No.  Maybe worst team with a winning record (for now).

UGA by a mile.....but they have a brain fart blind spot when it comes to beating Florida, too.  So who the hell knows?  Maybe the East just won't send a representative to Atlanta this year.  Playing a motivated Bama isn't much of a reward.

btw, I'm kinda torn about the result

The Hawkeyes are NU's biggest rival but Penn State winning helps us out in terms of the West divisional race

That said, James Franklin has definitely become a LOT more cocky of late so hopefully he is fed some humble pie ASAP
- not sure if Indiana can serve said pie next Saturday so the 'Cats might have to in 2 weeks

Indiana can serve said pie.

Not sure that they will... but they can.

What a game and what an ending in Iowa. Feel sick for the Hawkeyes but that throw by McSorely was perfect and took BALLS to make. That was through shitloads of traffic.

Another nice band of tense games coming together at once tonight.    UK collapse was quite sorry to watch.  That holding call was so UK.   SDSU held off lightning, the lightning bolt helmet,  cold hard rain and beat AFA in the end.  Maybe 1,000 people made it to the end.

I don't think any other team has scored multiple winning TDs due to the type of coverage gaffs that Tennessee and Kentucky made.

Indeed.  The noon games were awful.  The theme of the 3:30 games were possible upsets that turned lopsided in favor of the favorite in a hurry (UM, Clemson, Miami).  But there was a nice chunk of games all wrapping up around the same time there around 11:15 that were nice, and MSU did their part by making me available to be flipping around.

I nodded off in the 2nd half of those late games.Would have liked to see Ducks/Sun Devils and the ASU win 27-24.Missed the ending of IA/PSU.Caught it on College Football Final - one of the few things ESPN does right. That was a cold dagger in the heart.Don't think McSorley is lucky anymore.Any one see that Rutgers WR catch?

Thinking it's about time to give Bert a vote of confidence in Fayettville

I find that TCU is often overlooked early in the season.
I think that was hesitancy after folks really liked em last year.

I'll always think he's a pretty decent coach.
But pretty decent isn't building complete teams right now, and in that division, you need a complete team and some close games to turn your way. He's lacked the second one too.
