I thought Cincy had a punchers chance after playing almost decent in Ann Arbor.

A ten point loss constitutes an azz beating?

Interesting.

Did Maryland ensure the Scott Frost to Nebraska thing, or what?

Hmmmm, closer, but not ensure.

So the Knights lose two games because of weather. Which might not mean anything, but you lose a probable FCS win and probable loss to Ga. Tech. But in either case, it'll be harder to post a win total that'll grab eyes. That's fine if he can keep the losses down, but that'll be tricky.

They get Memphis this week, and the Tigers look like they can put up points. Cincinnati is probably a win, but maybe not. At Navy is a pain. At SMU could be tricky. Temple should be a win, USF appears to have a defense that will cut out your liver to sell it. Finish 6-2 or better for 8-2 or better total and it's an easier sell in Lincoln. Go 7-3 and it's kinda hit or miss. But take losses to Navy/UCF/Memphis plus trip up at Cincinnati or SMU and its real dicy.

It's dumb football can come down to such things. #AACBoard

Interesting.
18 points with 10 minutes left. Bearcats followed with a 4-minute drive for an 8-point TD, then kicked off deep down 10 with 6 minutes left, so that staff felt it was over, or was too conservative for its own good.
Navy also averaged 8.3 yards a play, so at least they were beating on Cincy's defense (the Bearcats did pretty solid on offense, which seems like a good sign).

So apparently we get Irma related Sunday college football.

ECU up 41-38 on UConn late in Storrs on ESPNU, between probably the two worst AAC teams.

This UConn final drive is all kinds of stupid.

A missed chip shot FG to lose is exactly how that game should have ended.
