Troy Smith was better than Barret as well. He even won the heisman.

Agree JTB has 4 full seasons to play.Sans 2014 JTB has shrinked on the big stage.Troy Smith for the most part played great in big games.Barret doesn't have this teams confidence.Last season Burrow looked head/shoulders above JTB in his throws.Penn St/M/Clemson/Olka have exposed his glaring weaknesses. It's sad everyone acknowledges this except the HC.Most games tOSU's depth just wears down opponents and Barrett looks good as this happens.Rather than admit this & change Meyer will go down with a stubborn decision.Buckeye Boards have been ablaze with this topic and beaten it to death. If Barrett's weak arm was consistently accurate there would be elbow room for his argument

Missed the  ending of SC-Texas.The RRR should be a good one along with Bedlam.Big 12 coming to life

If we go with weird old football (pre war) I would nominate Tom Harmon for the 3 years starter who did QB type stuff. He also kick FG and XPs.

brutal loss for Texas .... didn't even get 3 points on its final possession

btw, I hate USC
Yup, that was a gut-wrenching loss, no doubt.
But, most folks expected the Horns to lose by a few TDs.  The defense played very well aside from a couple of let-downs.  The o-line was pretty terrible and the rushing game was non-existent.
Still, lots of positives to build on.  This team is improving week-to-week, just hope it continues.

here is your play of the day. FG blocked, kicker then boots it off the ground for 3 pts.

Way way back the kicker used to drop kick the FGs
They won't let me give blood anymore. The burnt orange color scares the hell out of the doctors.

Oklahoma State is good.  That Bedlam game is going to be a fun one.

And, we'll probably get to see the rematch one week later, because stupid.
Bedlam is in October this year.

winner of that one wins the Heisman, methinks.
It's gonna be Mayfield or Rudolph this year.

Ah, well there you have it.  CCGs are stupid when you have a full roundrobin, but at least it won't be one week later.
