Don't see tri tip around here. What is the cut again?
The only place I've ever seen tri-tip on the menu is in California. It's excellent, though.

Tri tip is a cut of beef. More specifically, tri tip is a triangular cut of bottom sirloin. Sometimes referred to as a triangle roast, a triangle steak, or a Santa Maria Steak, this cut of beef is especially here on the west coast in California on the central coast of the state.

If you want to get really specific, “tri-tip roast” and “tri tip steak” are actually two different things. Whereas the “roast” encompasses the entire piece of meat, “tri tip steaks” refers to the individual sticks that are cut from the whole roast.

And as usual you show your ignorance.  The academic pursuit dealing with the languages and documents has nothing to do with the evidence for god. It is for the understanding of the various text in translation, transmission of the text and historical context.  And i guarantee there has been discoveries and research that has advanced these areas in the last 30 years.

What's the old adage. Let people think you are stupid rather than speak and remove all doubt.  And yes I realize you thought you were being sarcastic and funny. You failed.
Is it better to explain the thing everyone already knew?
Jesus Christ, get over it.

Are you retarded?
In what way is that article at odds with anything I've ever said about anything???

Tell me more about my ignorance of religion.  As an atheist, the more I know about religions, the more strongly my position is confirmed.

Try to go back to the year 1300 in a Christian-led country and attempt to speak freely about the absurdity of the religion.  Good luck with that.
Typical OAM: Gets called out for his own ignorance, calls the person who corrected him retarded.

You have said repeatedly that Christianity and Islam are equivalent. Recently you've updated to Islam being 700 years behind Christianity which is closer to accurate but still rather obviously wrong.

I've met you on YOUR terms. I used the outspoken (that is putting it mildly) Atheist Christopher Hitchens as my source. He authored "God is Not Great" an anti-religious tome. Even at that, with me willingly playing on your field, I'm still embarrassing you so badly that all you can do is call me names.

Before you equate religions, educate yourself.

Here are a few fundamental differences:
First, Jesus never led a military campaign. Mohammed did.

Second, Christian obligations to fellow men are unqualified. Jesus did not say for example "Love your CHRISTIAN neighbor as yourself." Instead the obligations of Christianity are unqualified. Islamic obligations are generally to other Muslims.

Third, there is NO Christian command to execute those who renounce Christianity. In Islam this is the crime of Apostacy and is punishable by death, see "
"They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. So do not take from among them allies until they emigrate for the cause of Allāh. But if they turn away [i.e., refuse], then seize them and kill them [for their betrayal] wherever you find them and take not from among them any ally or helper"

Obviously there are people of all religions who fail to live up to the commands that they theoretically aspire to but you can't blame religion for that.

When Christians kill in the name of their religion they are twisting it to suit their purpose. When Muslims kill in the name of their religion they are typically just doing exactly what the text says because Mohammed the author was a military campaigner.

The California guys on my team all have a special dish they make w tri tip.   Yet another of the wonderful regional cuisines that just can't seem to get much love outside of its origin.

tri tip is a triangular cut of bottom sirloin
___________________________

I usually order a sirloin steak as opposed to a ribeye or filet

the bottom sirloin holds together better than the top for chili or stew

the top is more delicate and will get mushy

both have great beef flavor

Sigh.
If only that was the case.

I guess Leviticus is missing from your Bible.
Mediums and fortune-tellers should be killed.
Gay people should be killed.
Adulterers (both parties) should be killed.

The Amalekites say hello.

Islam is probably the worst religion in terms of violence in our lifetime.  But it wasn't always so, nor will it always be so.
The fact that you think you can wash Christianity clean is either ignorant or disgusting.
Any good acts a religion provides can be done without the supernatural malarkey.
Grow up.  You haven't a leg to stand on here.  You believe because of where you were born and because you were indoctrinated and because you want to.  Nothing more.
