They are just misfiring on opportunities, I think, mishandled passes, poor throws a few times, allowing too much pressure on Fromm, penalties at bad times ...

I didn't see much of this last season.  The OL did lose one key player to the NFL and now another to injury, and I'm thinking it just isn't as good as it was.  People are saying Swift is not running as well, but I don't see holes for him often.

Last year he saw massive holes, perhaps in part because he came in often later in the game.

At least this game might be semi-watchable, unlike last year.

Hopefully it won't come down to a missed XP.

I don’t think you have to worry about that

Drew, Missouri plays Alabama a week from Saturday. Bama will win by 30 to 40 points.der Maybe then you will end your Missouri obsession. I believe Kentucky plays A&M this weekend. A&M will wreck Kentucky. I wonder if you will still think Kentucky would beat Alabama?

@bamajoe i'm being sarcastic about any kitty team being capable of beating Bama... c'mon man..

I think you have to score a TD to have a chance of a missed XP still.

This isn't last year's offense, sorry.
Franks' TD:Int ratio
2017 - 9:8
2018 - 12:3
Someone seems pretty pissy they have to travel to Gville in consecutive years.  Tough shit.

Possible outcomes:

LSU wins decisively - LSU really looks good now in the polls and a threat to Bama, Florida looks more like a team with many issues.

Florida wins decisively - LSU looks like a poser and Florida becomes a significant threat to UGA in the East along with UK (if they win).

Close game either way - Not much change in perception, though the second conference loss obviously hurts UF's shot at the East.

LSU could blast Florida 56-3 and it wouldn't mean anything about threatening Alabama.

I think it would, in the sense it would reduce whatever the line might end up being from say 10 points to perhaps 7 points.

If I'm not mistaken, the line moves to make the $ move where the bookies want it.  There's what the nerds in the desert actually think will happen, and then there's the line they set to make sure the house always wins.  If LSU beats Florida handily but loses to UGA and/or MSU--neither unthinkable--I don't think the Florida game will matter come time for Alabama.

I think Aranda has gotten to the point where he's just gonna stick Greedy on Team X's #1 WR wherever he lines up, and I guess that means Jefferson or Swain.  The OL hasn't been superb and Franks counts on those guys to bail him out some and occasionally has happy feet, so he may throw up some hero balls.  Need to capitalize on that and turn it into points if so.
