Pulled pork isn't cured, chopped beef isn't cured, BBQ or baked turkey isn't cured, and all are used to make real, actual sandwiches.

I'm interested in the takes on TWO pieces of bread. Do open-face sandwiches not count? A Kentucky hot-brown is a helluva sandwich, but only one piece of bread. And then of course the large category of sandwiches based on hoagie rolls, not slices of bread. And then the Bun Conundrum.
