It its about -2 or -1 deg here every morning around 6-7 am and then has been rising to around 10 deg. And still plenty of snow on the ground that kike Nubbz says, will be sticking around for a while. However, the Weather Channel is forcasting highs in the mid 20's next week. It will feel like a heat wave.
Bingo it'll seem like Cancun

We had 15 minutes of snow here, I’m surviving as best I can.

The clouds are mostly gone now, just wind and cold.  Our HVAC is going flat out, but it's fairly warm inside now.  The 1-3" that caused the panic didn't happen here at all.

They do salt or brine the roads around the metro area, and did before the snow came (or didn't).  It's 25°F right now.  I know if it gets below 5°F or so salt doesn't melt anything.

Good for car washes.
