supposed to warm up to near 30 this afternoon - folks won't be wearing jackets
Supposed to warm up to about the same temps here, and folks won't be wearing jackets either, but that's because nobody will be outside.

In one way, it is, as it will be worse much of the rest of the country sans CA/HI.

Nope. But all the rain we've had will cause a bunch of vegetation growth, which will die in the summer, and so we'll have those to look forward to. 

But I don't live close enough to wildfire area to really be threatened personally, so I'm not going to lose sleep over it.

A balmy 17 deg here now  sun bouncing off snow,lots and lots of snow. Sad I'm starting to get use to single digit temps - as long as the wind doesn't pitch in
