It ain't worth the money.

(Unless you need it, at which point it becomes invaluable)
All I can say is the last time a big storm hit Houston I was out of power for 2 weeks plus we loose power at least 3 to 4 times every year
They won't let me give blood anymore. The burnt orange color scares the hell out of the doctors.

yup, if my power is out long enough for the house to get cold and freeze pipes in the winter.............

if it's just for convenience to be able to watch TV and visit this site...........
