Ohio State completely blew that last round of downs there, and set their kicker up for failure. Why didn’t the Buckeyes use their remaining TOs to think through a more confident selection of playcalls? Completely winged the last :35 seconds.

Points out the importance of "foot" in football.

I dont think osu has a thing to be ashamed about.  That Georgia D is mean- I've watched them all season.  They've took a nap a couple times this year but when they came to play nobody could move on them.

Osu pushed them around all night.  They are the only team in the game who could push them around when they brought their A game.

That was an instant classic.

Watching the replay....the holder seemed to be quite a bit more dismayed than Ruggles (the kicker).  Any chance that the hold was bad?

It takes at least three... snap, hold, kick. It's the reason I love this game- it takes cohesion and concert of effort.  Riggle may be at fault but that ain't exactly right. The team and the coaches are.  But even then, if they play at their peak and lose there is no shame. They played lights out in a game they shouldn't have been in for four quarters.
