I went with the 29er mountain bike a few years ago. Because I've got them long legs...

I should probably ride it someday.

Watched most of F1 on plane.  Good.

Yeah I liked F1.  Pretty basic and predictable plot, but the visual effects were fantastic.  They embedded within Formula 1 for over 2 years and shot at real races, with all kinds of unique camera equipment created just for this movie.  It was really impressive.

Red '57 C1 for me, or a green or black C2. I love the split window fastback in '63, but it's probably a terrible design decision. A '64 convertible probably wins out for that model.

Definitely the same for me.  Red with the white cutout, such a classic look.

Although I gotta say, as a child of the 70s and growing into a teen of the 80s, I really loved the C3 Corvettes.  Especially this gaudy thing:

I know I've talked about my Chrysler Laser Turbo, and my Fox-body Mustang convertible.  While I was out doing Ford and MOPAR things, my brother was keeping it real with two Camaros in succession.  Nothing flashy, no Z28 or IROC, he liked them understated.

This is exactly like his first one, the one he drove in high school-- I really loved this color, it must have been pretty rare because most Camaro pics I find from the era are either a navy blue, or a lighter almost turquoise blue.  This one was really deep and rich but not as dark as navy:

And then this is like the one he drove in college and a few years afterward:

57 Vette for me. I don't care if it's "slow" by today's standards. It's gorgeous, and iconic, and if it goes too fast nobody can see you in the driver's seat anyway.

There are faster / "better" Corvettes, but none of them will ever be a '57.
