It is irrelevant whether he got his hands on the ball. He didn't catch it because he got grabbed by the DB. Sure, a great receiver might catch it, but interference calls don't depend on the skill of the receiver.

Ohio State has delay of game too often. It’s sometimes hard to tell if it’s coach or quarterback. That’s their second one this game in the first one was clearly in Coach but that one looked like QB
