Crinkle fries - Portillo's and Culver's. Get the cheese sauce.
I might try the Culver's fries if they are out of cheese curds and onion rings simultaneously.

Pečená Kachna (Roast Duck) 🇨🇿🦆
✨ Crispy duck with red cabbage and dumplings makes a wonderful Sunday dinner.

Ingredients 🍽️

• Duck 1 whole (2–2.5kg / 4.4–5.5lb) (as provided)
• Red cabbage 500g (1.1lb) (as provided)
• Bread dumplings 400g (14oz) (as provided)
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp caraway seeds
• 1 onion
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions 👨‍🍳

Rub the duck with salt and caraway.
Roast at 325°F (160°C) for about 3 hours.
Increase the heat for the last 20 minutes to crisp the skin.
Cook the cabbage with onion, sugar, and vinegar.
Warm the dumplings.
Slice the duck and serve everything together.

Never had the rings.

Those cheese curds are pretty good, but I'll say the local joints in backwoods Wisconsin make them better.
